Arriving at the Phillip Island Circuit
If you have a pre-booked parking, your car or motorbike parking pass is enclosed in your VIP Hospitality pack. The VIP Hospitality car and motorcycle parking areas are located outside the circuit gates and accessed via Visitor Centre Drive or Gate 2. These are only a short distance from the main entries at Gate 1 and 7. To assist the large volumes of traffic leaving the circuit at the end of each day, you will be directed to park based on your return destination, either Cowes or Melbourne. Please follow the directions given by our friendly staff.

Hospitality Suite Access
Your hospitality wristband is your ticket and is required to gain access to the circuit and your hospitality suite.
Each day of the event has a different coloured wristband; please ensure you are wearing the correct day’s wristband.
Your hospitality wristband only allows you access to the hospitality suite printed on the wristband and general admission areas. It does not to other hospitality suites, grandstands, or other restricted areas.
Hospitality wristbands are non-transferable between guests on any one day.

Pit Roof VIP Village Platinum and Gold
Pit Roof VIP Village Platinum and Gold must access their suite via the southern stairwell only (closest to the cafe).
Pit Roof VIP Village Silver
Pit Roof VIP Village Silver guests must access their suite via the northern stairwell only. Access is not permitted from the southern stairwell end (closest to the cafe). Please walk behind the MotoGP Paddock to access the northern stairwell.
Hospitality Suite Information
In each shared suite there is a host to make your experience with us a most memorable one, so feel free to speak to them should you need more information on anything about your time with us at the event.
Your host will also be able to assist with:
- Supply of complimentary ear plugs
- Collection of souvenir pins and official programs
- Merchandise purchase and delivery
- Daily track schedule
- Daily entertainment schedule
Smart casual attire is recommended within VIP suites. Allow for weather changes which can and often do occur over the course of the day at Phillip Island.
The following items are not acceptable attire:
- Bare feet or thongs
- Ripped, torn or dirty denim
- Board shorts
- Beach wear
- Clothing bearing any racist, indecent or obscene language or images
AGPC reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone who is not appropriately attired.

VIP Suite Bars
All bars in VIP suites will open at 9am each day and close 30 minutes before suite closing times as follows:

Please note that glassware, including bottles, cannot be taken outside of your suite. Plastic cups will be provided for drinks to be taken to outdoor areas where applicable.
Smoking is not permitted within any VIP Hospitality facility.
All Pit Roof guest are reminded that smoking is not permitted under any circumstances in outdoor and indoor areas of the Pit Roof. Smoking is only permitted from the southern stairwell end near the cafe and at the northern end near the Pit Lane Walk assembly area.
To receive your official program, please present the voucher, (enclosed with your tickets, if applicable) to the suite host.
To receive your souvenir pin, please present the voucher, (enclosed with your tickets, if applicable) to the suite host.
Event merchandise will be available to purchase online in each shared suite.
Pit Roof VIP Village guests can experience a unique experience at the Furphy Bar, located on Pit Roof. If you are a Platinum, Gold or Silver guest come and enjoy complimentary refreshments each day between 12 noon and 6pm (Sunday 22 October till 5.30pm) and network with other Pit Roof guests.
Tickets will be sent via registered post from AGPC in early September. Should you not receive them before mid-September please contact the VIP ticketing team at email@example.com
When your ticket pack arrives, it will contain:
- Serial numbered daily VIP Hospitality wristbands (your tickets)
- Circuit Map and Transport Guide
- Parking Tickets (if applicable)
- Pit Lane Walk passes (if applicable)
- Official Program voucher (if applicable)
- Souvenir Pin vouchers (if applicable)
Please note that if you have purchased any other tickets or upgrades such as Paddock Passes, Phil’s Clubhouse or camping passes these will be distributed separately – please expect multiple packages.
To gain entry to the Michelin® Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix 2017, you must have your Hospitality wristband for the appropriate day. You will not be able to enter the circuit or your suite without it. Wristbands must be worn on your wrist at all times and only allows you access to the suite printed on the wristband and general admission areas. Access to other hospitality suites, grandstands and other restricted areas will not be permitted.
To allow ticket flexibility, separate Hospitality wristbands are issued for each day of the event. These colour-coded wristbands are printed with your suite name and the day they are valid. Please be aware that wristbands are non-transferable on any one day.
We encourage you to keep your wristbands safe and secure at all times, even when forwarding wristbands onto your clients and guests. Register post or courier delivery is advised.
If your wristband is misplaced or stolen, the Australian grand Prix Corporation (AGPC) is under no obligation to replace it. AGPC reserves the right to charge a fee for its replacement at its discretion (and may charge a fee for that replacement).
If you do have an issue with your wristbands, please contact the Australian Grand Prix Corporation Business Development Team on 03 9258 7166, as soon as possible.
If you have indicated that you would prefer to collect your tickets from the circuit please head to the Gate 2 Credentials and VIP Hospitality Office. You will find the VIP Hospitality ticket collection at Gate 2, just off Back Beach Road.

Getting Around the Circuit
A hospitality shuttle service will operate around the circuit each day to assist hospitality guests travelling to their suite. Guests must show their hospitality wristband to access the shuttle service.
This service commences at 7.30am* and runs until midnight* on event days. Services run approximately every 15 to 30 minutes*
*Subject to change, approximate service times only.
A free wheelchair accessible vehicle will operate within the circuit. The vehicle is available for patrons with limited mobility and can transport up to four people including one wheelchair passenger. This service is an on call service only and priority will be given to patrons who pre-book the service. Bookings can be made from Monday 9th October by calling Wheelaway on 1800 133 320.

On-Track Event Schedule
A daily schedule of all the on-track action will be available in each Suite. Daily Schedule coming soon.
Guests that are entitled to attend Pit Lane Walks are required to wear their daily Pit Lane Walk pass (hard card and lanyard) to access Pit Lane Walks.
Pit Lane Walk passes are not available for purchase and do not gain entry to the circuit or VIP Hospitality suites.
Pit Lane Walk Times
Pit Lane Walks are scheduled each day for eligible guests to enjoy. Pit Lane walk times coming soon.
Please assemble at the northern end of Pit Lane (pit entry end) 15 minutes prior to the access time and ensure you are wearing the passes. Late arrival may not be permitted to enter Pit Lane.
Assembly PointYour suite host will also be on hand each day to ensure you make it to the allocated assembly point on time.
- Patrons are reminded that video, motion picture cameras or sound recorders are NOT permitted to be carried or used on the Pit Lane Walk – photography is acceptable
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times – we recommend the children bring ear protection with them as it can be noisy
- There is strictly no smoking permitted in Pit Lane
- There is strictly no food, drinks or bottles and umbrellas permitted in Pit Lane
PRIVATE SUITE CLIENTS
Bookings that qualify for a host pass will already be aware of this entitlement. Your host pass/es will be provided with your tickets. For any other questions related to your host pass, please contact our activations team on 9258 7100.
If a client is requiring access to the Phillip Island Circuit prior, during and/or post event days to carry out works/inspections, they may be entitled to acquire an event credential. Credentials are a photo ID laminate card attached to an AGPC issued lanyard, stating the individuals name, company and photo identification. Credentials will allow access to the circuit for the purpose of carrying out works. In most cases, a client will be given a Services Credential, which allows access to the circuit and to Hospitality Facilities ONLY for the purpose of carrying out works. Clients may also require access for their own contractors/suppliers to bump in and out. In most cases, these contractors/suppliers will need to obtain a pre and post event pass. This pass allows access to the site pre and/or post event days. This pass will NOT allow access to the site on event days. If vehicle access is required on-site for the purpose of carrying out works, vehicle credentials also need to be applied for. The AGPC Credentials Coordinator will be able to determine what sort of vehicle access the client or contractor/supplier will require. If a client or a client’s contractor/supplier is required to obtain any of the access passes mentioned above, he/she must contact their AGPC representative to have the relevant documentation forwarded to them to complete.
