Melbourne comedian, Dave “Hughesy” Hughes, will bring the laughs to the Pramac Generac Motorcycle Grand Prix 2019, with several excerpt shows across the venue on Sunday 27 October.
Fans who purchase tickets to Doohan Pavilion, The Clubhouse and Gardner Club will witness an intimate comedy show from the local larrikin.
The Gardner Club offers an outdoor viewing area where fans can take in the awesome spectacle of 340 km/h speeds and slipstreaming from close range or enjoy a breathtaking sky view from a grandstand seat overlooking more than half the circuit.
Doohan Pavilion features undercover seating and access to an exclusive pavilion at the rear of the grandstand with a cash bar, food and private TV screens so you can keep up with the action when you're away from your seat.
The Clubhouse is a fan favourite, with a cash bar, live music, and indoor and outdoor facilities, fans can watch the world's best riders take it to the edge. The Clubhouse is an additional upgrade on top of AusGP Island Pass, Grandstand and/or VIP Hospitality and does not include circuit entry.
The stand-up comedian, television and radio presenter has a lot of respect for the skills of the MotoGP™ riders and is excited to perform a snippet of his full show to the fans at the Island.
AGPC General Manager - Motorsport, Entertainment & Industry, Craig Fletcher is excited to have the popular Aussie talent performing at the Pramac Generac Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix 2019.
“We are always looking for innovative ways to add value for our fans and make their experience at our event better than ever, and the addition of Hughesy’s performance does just that,” he said.
“All three facilities not only offer entertainment, but also great on-track viewing and this year’s race set to be an exciting one.”
