We just have to attack, says Jack

Jack Miller is looking to put some of his recent struggles behind him at this weekend's German Grand Prix.

Despite making a strong start to the season, Miller has battled inconsistent form over the past few MotoGP™ races.

The Australian finished 10th last time out in Assen – as Marc Marquez took a thrilling win – though that result followed DNFs at both Catalunya and Mugello.

Miller has a strong record at the Sachsenring in Germany, winning the Moto3™ race there in 2014.

"To finish the race at Assen was good after Barcelona and Mugello," said the Alma Pramac rider.

"We started the season so well and it seemed it was going really well.

"So it was nice to cross the line but also a bit painful to watch that awesome battle going on ahead and to not be a part of it, like a carrot dangling in front.

"I'm looking forward to this weekend and I've gone well here in the past, but on a MotoGP™ bike it's a different story – it's tight and technical and I'm looking forward to riding the Ducati here.

"We just have to attack it the right way."

The opening German MotoGP™ practice session begins at 5:55pm (AEST) on Friday.
