Working with Children Check

Information for Race Officials.

For you to volunteer at the Animoca Brands Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix 2022 (Event), and in line with Victorian state legislation, you will be required to hold a current Victorian Working With Children Check (WWCC).

This is a free card as you are a volunteer.

The requirements for obtaining a WWCC where a person engages in child-related work are established by the Worker Screening Act 2020 (which came into force on 1 February 2021 and repealed the Working with Children Act 2005).

I already have a WWCC.

For those already holding a valid WWCC card issued in Victoria, you must supply the details below in your application for the event.

  • Your full name
  • Email address
  • MA licence number (if applicable)
  • Working With Children Check Card Expiry Date
  • Working With Children Check card number
  • A scanned copy/photograph of the card

If you have previously provided us with your WWCC information, you will not be required to send it again, we will keep it on file for the Event. If your circumstances have changed, please inform us.

I don't currently hold a WWCC.

If you do not hold a valid WWCC card issued in Victoria, please head to the WWCC website, which will take you to the Victorian application form. Once you have your card, please supply the below details by uploading them to the website through the application form.

  • Your full name
  • Email address
  • MA licence number (if applicable)
  • Working With Children Check Card Expiry Date
  • Working With Children Check card number
