Grandstand
The Gardner Straight Grandstand is an accessible grandstand.
There are several amenities located close to the Gardner Straight Grandstand including accessible toilets, an information booth, an ATM and food outlets.
For accessible wheelchair requirements, tickets can be purchased online (including companion tickets). Simply select the Gardner Straight Grandstand option and select the accessible button at the top to proceed. For all other accessible needs not requiring a wheelchair but requiring a companion ticket, please call the Ticketmaster accessible hotline on 1300 446 925.
Island Pass (GA)
An Island Pass (General Admission) accessible viewing platform is available at the southern end of the Gardner Straight Grandstand. Accessible amenities are located nearby including accessible toilets, an information booth, ATM access and food outlets.
The accessible viewing platform cannot be booked but there is plenty of space for you and one companion.
For accessible wheelchair requirements, tickets can be purchased online (including companion tickets). Simply Select the Island Pass (GA) option and select the accessible button at the top to proceed. For all other accessible needs not requiring a wheelchair but requiring a companion ticket, please call the Ticketmaster accessible hotline on 1300 446 925.
HOSPITALITY
Three Hospitality facilities are accessible – High Octane Club, VIP Village (Platinum Suite) and Gardner Terrace.

Please note, that concession prices do not apply to Hospitality tickets. If you purchase a Hospitality ticket to the event and hold a Companion card, a complimentary ticket for your companion will not be issued. Companions must also purchase a Hospitality ticket.
MARVELOO
Marveloo is designed to meet the needs of people who require additional assistance or services that cannot be found in standard accessible facilities.
Changing Place facilities are purpose-built and provide the following features:
- Fully accessible toilet
- Overhead ceiling hoist (rated to 1000kg)
- Height-adjustable adult change table
- Additional seating
- Safe and clean environment
- Adequate space
- Access ramp
- Automatic taps
- Privacy curtain for when carer is present
Prior to use, all users are required to provide their own sling for use of the overhead ceiling hoist and advised to check that their sling is compatible with the ceiling hoist provided in the facility.
The facility at the event is fitted with a Prism Medical Model C-450 Ceiling Hoist. If compatibility has not been checked or there is some uncertainty, the user should not use the ceiling hoist.
The facility is conveniently located in Gardner Village, at the rear of the Accessible Viewing Platform and close to Gate 7.
Catch-a-Coach Services
A pre-booked wheelchair-accessible bus will operate from Melbourne (Southern Cross Coach Terminal) to Gate 3, each day of the event. Phone bookings for this service are essential by calling 1800 100 030.
Circuit Parking
There is a specific accessible car park for any patrons with a disability. This is located directly outside Gate 7. The vehicle must display a valid Australian Grand Prix parking permit to park in this area. Please contact accessibility@grandprix.com.au for this information.
Please note – all car parking is $18 per day.
Local Bus Service
If you are staying on Phillip Island, there are shuttle services operating to/from the circuit and the entire Phillip Island and its surrounds.
Some of the routes around the island use accessible buses. Please contact South Coast Bus lines for further information at (03) 5952 2500 or email charter@southcoastbus.com.au.
Gates
All pedestrian gates at the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit are accessible.
Accessible Circuit Shuttle Bus
A free wheelchair-accessible vehicle operates within the circuit.
This vehicle is available for patrons with limited mobility and can transport up to four people including one wheelchair passenger. There is a path around the entire circuit for getting to and from each grandstand or viewing area. Check the Circuit Map for the closest gates, accessible shuttle stops and pathways to the areas you want to visit.
This is an on-call service only and priority will be given to patrons who pre-book. Bookings can be made by calling Wheelaway on 1800 133 320.
Wheelchairs
A limited number of wheelchairs are available at the Event Office inside the Circuit near Gate 7. Look for signage to direct you or ask for directions at the information booth inside Gate 7.
Campgrounds
Camping sites and wheelchair-accessible toilet and shower amenities are available in the Highside and Trackside Campgrounds.
The accessible shuttle bus can do drop-offs and pick-ups from both Trackside and Highside campgrounds.
AGPC is affiliated with Companion Cards to ensure all patrons of the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix have full and equal access to the event.
When the holder of a Companion Card purchases a ticket to the event, a second ticket will be issued for their companion at no charge, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Companion Card and not applicable for hospitality tickets. A ticket for a companion must be requested at the time of booking.
We are one of the first Motorcycle Grands Prix to provide a Sensory Play Room for our guests. It is located near the event office as you come in from Gate 7. The room comes with specially designed sensory equipment and has been soundproofed to offer a reduced sensory space during the Grand Prix.
