The Blue Line will be in operation on Phillip Island Road between Back Beach Road and the Bass Highway merge on Sunday, 20 October 2024 (approximately from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm).
The Blue line adds an additional lane of traffic for vehicles exiting Phillip Island by utilising the emergency lane.
There will also be expected delays throughout Monday, 21 October, along Phillip Island Tourist Road between Cowes and Bass Highway.
Bass Coast Shire residents and business owners will once again receive a free Island Pass (GA) for Friday, 18 October 2024.
Present your proof of residency at the Gate 1 Ticket Office on Thursday, 17 October 2024 (1:00 PM - 4:00 PM) or at any gate on Friday, 18 October 2024, to receive your complimentary Island Pass (GA).
Please note there is no free parking for vehicles. Further information on paid parking can be found here.
