THE ROAR OF THE ISLAND

If you are a new Race Official, you will be teamed up with more experienced Race Officials who will offer support and guidance to you in conducting your important role.

The training and experience you will gain from volunteering at the Australian MotoGP™ will assist you in developing your career as a volunteer Race Official. And after developing friendships with other Race Officials, you might even find yourself working on other events.

The information below will continue to be updated in the lead-up to the MotoGP™ Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix 2024.

Marshall Handbook

The Marshall Handbook is designed as a central resource to assist new race officials who are coming to the Australian MotoGP™ for the first time and for returning officials by providing new information for them to be aware of. As we near closer to the 2024 event this handbook will continue to be updated.

Camping for Race Officials

The Australian Grand Prix Corporation (AGPC) is pleased to offer each registered official and two of your guests the opportunity to camp at the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit from Wednesday, 16 October, to Monday, 21 October.

The space provided will be at no cost to registered officials.

Working With Children Check

In order for you to volunteer at the Australian MotoGP™ Motorcycle Grand Prix and in line with Victorian state legislation, you will be required to hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC). This is a free card as you are a volunteer.
