Friday, 2 September 2022
This event is open to all motorcycle brands, sizes and shapes.
The Blessing of the Bikes is a global tradition where motorcyclists gather to pay their respects to fallen riders and, if they choose, be blessed by members of the clergy in the hope that it will bring safety for the coming riding season.
Blessing Of The Bikes is an Australian Trade Mark event owned and run by Zaidee’s Rainbow Foundation.

There will be several motorcycle-related
stalls, as well as live entertainment in the lead-up to the ceremony and
speeches by a range of presenters. The bikes will park on a large oval or
parking space where everyone can enjoy the day as one very large motorcycle
display.
A $5 donation to attend Blessing of the Bikes that supports Zaidee’s Rainbow Foundation to drive national projects and programs to promote organ and tissue donation to save and improve more lives via organ and tissue transplants, in memory of Zaidee Turner, who at the age of 7 years and 22 days died in 2004 at the royal children’s Hospitals in Melbourne and then donated her organs and tissue to seven people- six children and a middle-aged Mum.
This event is open to all motorcycle brands, sizes and shapes that will come
as one to this event for a great day’s ride with fellow like-minded riders.
Now in its seventh year, this event started in a little town of Mirboo North, then on to Phillip Island and now will be taken to NSW and Queensland in 2022.
This is now Australia’s largest single-day ride outside the MotoGP™ from Cranbourne to Phillip Island each year. At its peak, it has had up to 7,500 bikes attend one year.
