Unlike previous years the VIP Hospitality car park will not be available for pre-booking.
Parking will be available on-site on a first-come, first-served basis. Patrons can park either in the Melbourne or Cowes return areas based on their return location.
Coaches to and from the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit will depart from and return to Melbourne CBD on each day of the event. One-way services to and from the circuit are provided Thursday to Monday, and Melbourne to circuit services are provided Friday to Sunday.

This all-inclusive product is a cost-effective, time-efficient method to get to and from Phillip Island. Coaches departing from the Southern Cross Station coach terminal will transfer you to your pre-arranged helicopter landing site at Tyabb Airport, where you will fly over Western Port Bay directly into the heart of the action at the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit.

CIRCUIT & GATE ACCESS
Your e-ticket is your ticket to gain access through the gates at the event. Upon arrival at your hospitality suite, you will receive your Hospitality Wristband for the day.

Upon entry to the circuit, a hospitality shuttle bus is available for you to gain access to your dedicated suite.
Dress comfortably to suit the length of time you will be at the event
Allow for weather changes, which can and often do occur over the course of a Phillip Island day
A collared shirt such as a shirt or polo is preferred and most common
Dress pants or chinos are encouraged and most common. If wearing jeans, they must not be ripped or torn
If shorts are worn, they must be dress shorts – no board shorts or sports shorts
High heels are acceptable however please be aware that in most cases you will be required to walk long distances across the grass and bare ground to gain access to your hospitality suite.
Skirts and dresses are acceptable as long as they meet at least the minimum smart casual standard
Please feel free to wear team merchandise. We encourage support for all teams and drivers.
The minimum, and acceptable standard is smart casual. However, you may dress more formally if your individual occasion calls for it. The level of dress does vary in the hospitality suites from smart casual to more formal. Below are some guidelines to help assist you.
The following items are not acceptable attire:
- Bare feet or thongs
- Tank tops
- Ripped or torn denim
- Board shorts
- Clothing bearing any racist, indecent or obscene language or images
We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone who is not appropriately dressed
We are pleased to announce that your digital tickets of your MotoGP™ Guru by Gryfyn Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix 2023 have dropped into your Ticketmaster account. Save your Digital Tickets and be ready to walk into the circuit!
We recommend you allocate tickets to your invitees by entering their names and email addresses and confirm the transfer as early as possible for the smoothest entry into the venue. Click here to find some helpful tips on how to gain access to your mobile tickets.
To access your Digital tickets, click here or log into your mobile web browser to your Ticketmaster account and go to “My Event” or “Upcoming Event” page to download the tickets. Alternatively, you can also do so through the Ticketmaster app.
Note that if you have received several Digital tickets for your party, within your Ticketmaster account, you can nominatively allocate the tickets to your invitees by entering their names, and email addresses and confirming the transfer. Please be aware that once the tickets have been accepted by yourself and each invitee, the MotoGP™ Guru by Gryfyn Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix 2023 would not have any further access to these tickets. It will be considered the own propriety of the last recipient.
Your hospitality wristband will be given to you upon arrival into the hospitality suite each day.
Each day of the event has a different colour combination for wristbands.
Your hospitality wristband only allows you access to the hospitality suite printed on the wristband and General Admission areas. It does not allow access to other hospitality suites, grandstands, or other restricted areas.
Hospitality wristbands are non-transferable between guests on any one day.
A Paddock Pass offers you the ultimate MotoGP™ experience allowing you the ability to wander the Paddock, share the same space with the technicians and meet your heroes from MotoGP™, Moto2 and Moto3.
These Paddock Passes are day-specific. A Paddock Pass does not provide access to the circuit and can only be purchased in conjunction with a Hospitality, Grandstand or Island Pass (GA) ticket. This year, the passes will be made available for collection at the Hospitality Ticketing Office at Gate 2; proof of identification and form will be required to be completed for collection.
The passes can be collected on another attendee's behalf by completing a third-party collection form and providing an identification; once completed, please forward the documentation to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In each shared suite there is a host to make your experience with us a most memorable one, so feel free to speak to them should you need more information on anything about your time with us at the event.
Your host will also be able to assist with:
- Supply of complimentary earplugs
- Collection of souvenir pins and official programs
- Merchandise purchase and delivery
- Daily track schedule
- Daily entertainment schedule

Please note that glassware, including bottles, cannot be taken outside of your suite. Plastic cups will be provided for drinks to be taken to outdoor areas where applicable.
Smoking is not permitted within any VIP Hospitality facility.
All VIP Village™ guests are reminded that smoking is not permitted under any circumstances in outdoor and indoor areas of the Pit Roof. Smoking is only permitted from the southern end near the cafe and at the northern end near the Pit Lane Walk assembly area.
You will receive your souvenir pin from your suite host at the event.
Pit Lane Walks
Only those who have received a Pit Lane Walk pass or are a guest of the VIP Village™ Gold, Lounge or Platinum are entitled to take part. Guests entitled to attend Pit Lane Walks are required to wear their relevant day Pit Lane Walk pass or Hospitality wristband.
Due to the extremely tight track schedule, the Pit Lane Walk entry will be closed before the session concludes to ensure Pit Lane is clear for the next activity. This is at the complete discretion of event organisers, and entry is not guaranteed.
Pit Lane Walk Time:
- Friday 20 October: 16.45-17.20
- Saturday 21 October: 11.35-12.00 & 16.35-17.10
- Sunday 22 October: 10.00-10.30
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
- There is strictly no smoking or food and drink permitted in Pit Lane
- There is strictly no filming in Pit Lane – photography is acceptable
