Guide

South Gippsland is a great area to explore, with the region boasting several outstanding spots to grab a bite and something to drink. You could stop in lovely Meeniyan and visit highly rated Trulli Pizzeria or Meeniyan Pantry and Cellar. Alternatively, The Borough Dept. Store (Korumburra) and Udder & Hoe Cafe (Kilcunda) come highly recommended.

There’s plenty of great spots to stop on Bunurong Coastal Drive between Cape Paterson and Inverloch that will make you search for your camera. Shack Bay and Eagle’s Nest are among them, providing stunning views and plenty of fresh air.

And as you get closer to the iconic Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit, check out Cape Woolamai, offering one of Victoria’s most popular surfing beaches that is beautiful to walk along, no matter the time of year.

Enhance your MotoGP™ visit by staying at Phillip Island or close by. Accommodation is available at the circuit or across the island.

Ride Highlight

If you are feeling adventurous take a quick detour north of Foster, along Boolarra-Foster Road, towards Boolarong. The road is full of sweeping curves surrounded by rolling green hills, so be cautious of oncoming traffic and always remember to ride within your limits.
