STATEMENT FROM THE AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX CORPORATION (AGPC)

Fans that have purchased a Sunday (only) Grandstand ticket will be given General Admission access to the circuit on Saturday – please note, you WILL NOT be able to sit in your grandstand seat on Saturday.

A Saturday Island Pass (GA) ticket will be emailed to you for circuit entry.

Your Grandstand ticket will still be valid for Sunday where the feature Moto2™, Moto3™ and Tissot Sprint races will headline the day’s on-track action.

Fans that have purchased a Sunday (only) Island Pass ticket will also be granted access to the circuit on Saturday. You will now be able to attend on both Saturday AND Sunday.

Simply present your original ticket at the gate for scanning.

Fans that have purchased a Sunday (only) ticket into the Clubhouse, will be able to use this facility on Saturday. You will still be able to attend the Clubhouse on Sunday.

Hero Walk passes will proceed as normal, however, if you can longer attend on Sunday, you will be eligible for a refund.

Please note that due to capacity limits, unfortunately Sunday Hero Walk passes will NOT give you access on Saturday.

Sunday (only) Catch-a-Coach tickets will NOT be valid for use on Saturday, however there will be plenty of onsite parking available for fans making their own way to the Circuit.

If you are no longer attending on Sunday, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Limited Catch-a-Coach tickets for Saturday are still available by clicking here.

The last Catch-a-Coach on Saturday, 21 October 2023 will leave Southern Cross at 10:30 am.

Sunday Paddock Passes are not valid on Saturday.

Any requests for a refund should be submitted online (see below).

If you have a Sunday (only) Grandstand ticket you will be issued a complimentary Island Pass (GA) ticket - please check your email for the ticket.

If you have a Sunday (only) Island Pass ticket, you do NOT need a separate ticket. Simply present your original ticket at the gate for scanning.

The weekend’s support races are scheduled to go ahead as planned. Please follow us on social media, observe GPTV when at the venue and stay tuned to our official schedule for the latest updates.

Unfortunately, due to track schedule changes, our original Fan Forum program will no longer take place. For any other changes and updates to our off-track activity offering please stay tuned to our official schedule for the latest updates.

Refunds will be offered under certain circumstances. These include:

• Sunday (only) Island Pass ticket holders that cannot attend on Saturday AND no longer wish to attend on Sunday.
• Sunday (only) Grandstand ticket holders that cannot attend on Saturday AND no longer wish to attend on Sunday.
• Sunday (only) Grandstand ticket holders who attend Saturday as a General Admission patron and no longer wish to attend on Sunday will be offered a partial refund (being the difference between the Saturday General Admission price and the price of their Sunday Grandstand ticket).
